摘要
应用生物信息学工具分析家兔Corin蛋白质序列,包括理化性质分析、疏水性分析、跨膜区分析、Coil区分析、亚细胞定位以及空间结构的预测。家兔的Corin基因CDS编码1 011个氨基酸残基,分子质量112 425D,其N端有一个典型的疏水性区域,17-39位氨基酸之间形成一个典型的跨膜区,无卷曲螺旋,二级结构由无规则卷曲、α-螺旋、β-折叠组成,Corin蛋白的三级结构是基于丝氨酸蛋白酶(Serineprotease hepsin)结构lz8g.1的A链建模的。
Analysis of corin protein sequences in rabbits by bioinformatics tools. The analysis includes the phys-icochemical properties, hydrophobicity, transmembrane regions, Coil region, subcellular localization and spatialstructure prediction. Rabbit Corin encoding 1011 amino acid residues, molecular weight 112 425 D, the N-terminalhas a typical hydrophobic region, format a typical transmembrane region between 17-39 amino acids, no curly spiral,secondary structure. The three-level structure of rabbit corin is based on the A chain modeling of serine proteasehepsin structure lz8 g.1, which is composed of irregular curl, α-helix, β-sheet.
