中药提取物对兔出血症疫苗免疫效果的影响

The Effect of Chinese Herb Extracts on Rabbit Hemorrhagic Disease (RHD) Vaccine

为筛选对兔病毒性出血症(RHD)疫苗有免疫增强作用的中药提取物,本研究将50只30日龄家兔随机分为5组,分别为空白对照组、免疫对照组和3个给药组。饲养至35日龄时,除空白对照组外,其余各组均皮下注射2 m L RHD灭活疫苗。在免疫前3天和免疫后3天,3个给药组分别肌肉注射黄芪多糖、淫羊藿多糖和党参多糖溶液1 m L(浓度按多糖含量4mg/kg体重计),空白对照组和免疫对照组分别肌肉注射1 m L生理盐水。免疫后第7天、14天、21天和28天,各组随机抽取5只静脉采血,测定抗体水平、器官指数和免疫球蛋白Ig G含量。结果表明:3种中药提取物黄芪多糖、淫羊藿多糖和党参多糖对RHD疫苗的免疫效果具有增强作用,可作为RHD疫苗免疫增强剂开发。

In order to screen the Chinese herb extracts which are helpful to enhance the immune effect of RHDvaccine. The fifty 30 days rabbits were randomly divided into five groups, control group, immunized controlgroup and three medicine experimental groups. Except control group, the other rabbits were vaccinated withRHD inactivated vaccine（2 m L per rabbit） at 35-day-old. On three days before and after immunization, therabbits of five administered groups were injected intramuscularly respectively with astragalus polysaccharide（ASP）, epimedium polysaccharide（EPS） and codonopsis pilosula polysaccharide（CPP） 1 m L（The concentrationwas 4 milligrams per kilogram of body weigh）. The rabbits of control group and vaccination control groupwere injected the same volume of normal saline. On days 7, 14, 21 and 28 after vaccination, 5 rabbits were ran-domly selected from each group to collect vein blood for the determination of RHD antibody values, the im-mune organ index and the content of Ig G. The result indicated that the combined vaccination with ASP, EPS,CPP and RHD vaccine enhanced the immunity of rabbits to various degrees, which would be as a candidatedrug of new-type immunoenhancer.
