低泡型聚羧酸减水剂的制备及性能研究

摘要 本文采用甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯基醚(HPEG)、丙烯酸(AA)、聚丙二醇双丙烯酸酯(PPD400DA)为原料,在引发剂作用下,以较低温度(40~45℃)合成一种低泡型聚羧酸减水剂。研究发现,聚丙二醇双丙烯酸酯在反应中起着至关重要的作用,它决定了该聚合分子的双链结构和混凝土性能。文中对该合成样品进行了多种检测实验和FT-IR、GPC等结构表征。该合成样品具有气泡少、减水率高及和易性好等优点。 A new kind of polycarboxylate superplasticizer with low alveolitoid gas was synthesized by reaction of methyl allylpolyethenoxy(HPEG), acrylic acid(AA) with PP glycol diacrylate(PPD400 DA) in the presence of initiator at low temperature(40~45 centigrade).The study showed that PP glycol diacrylate is a vital role in the reaction and determines the double strand structure and concrete properties of the polymer.The synthesized samples were used to carry out test experiments and the structural characterization of FT-IR, GPC etc. It has low alveolitoid gas, high water-reducing ability and excellent workability.
