调和沥青的红外光谱与DSR相关性研究

摘要 本文选取SK90#沥青、中海油110#沥青对老化沥青进行了调和,并对调和前后老化沥青的动态剪切流变(DSR)指标G*/sinδ(车辙因子)、δ(相位角)进行了对比试验。同时,借助红外光谱仪,对调和前后老化沥青的微观机理进行了研究。研究表明:调和前后老化沥青的组分发生了变化,羰基、亚砜基比例明显减少,且调和沥青羰基、亚砜基的积分面积与G*/sinδ之间具有相关性,相关系数达到0.86以上。 This paper selects SK90# asphalt,CNOOC110# asphalt on asphalt aging to reconcile,and to reconcile before and after aging asphalt of dynamic shear rheometer(DSR) index G*/sinδ(rutting factor) was contrast test.At the same time,with the aid of infrared spectrometer,the micro mechanism of the aging asphalt before and after blending was studied.Research shows that reconcile before and after aging asphalt group has the change, carbonyl and sulfoxide base significantly reduce the proportion of and harmonic between asphalt carbonyl and sulfoxide groups integral area and G*/sin,delta with correlation,the correlation coefficient reached more than 90%.
