摘要
分析了中频拉棒工艺中石墨坩埚开裂的原因,并通过理论计算得出极限高度,让生产操作规程有据可循。结果表明,石墨坩埚发生开裂都是最先从内壁开始,施加配重前计算好坩埚内壁能承受的极限应力。
The reason of the cracking of graphite crucible is analyzed,and The limit height is obtained by theoretical calculation,Let the production operation procedure have rule to follow. The results show that the cracking of graphite crucible is the first to start from the internal wall,The ultimate stress of the crucible internal wall can be calculated before applying the weights.
