相比较于传统意义上的建筑方式,新型建筑工业化最明显的不同就是和计算机网络有着更深的联系,BIM技术的出现以及在建筑业中的应用,能够提供更多真实精准的信息给建筑工业化。基于此,文中指出了新型建筑工业化的基础特征,论述了BIM技术应用于新型建筑工业化中的必要性,并就BIM技术在新型建筑工业化中的具体应用展开了阐述,希望研究能够推动新型建筑工业化的发展。

Compared with the traditional architecture, the most obvious difference is that the new industrialization of construction and computer network has a deeper connection, the emergence of BIM technology and application in the construction industry, can provide more accurate information to the real construction industrialization. Based on this, the paper pointed out the basic characteristics of the new type of industrialization of construction, discusses the necessity of the application of BIM technology in the construction of new industrialization, and the specific application of BIM technology in the new building in industrialization on the elaboration, hope to promote the development of new building industrialization.
