符合乡村改造建设的规划设计模式:延续与传承——以何家陂库区移民村规划设计为例

乡村改造建设是城乡发展建设的热点,目前规划设计界对乡村改造建设的设计模式存在多种思路,使用最广泛的是套用城市功能主义规划设计模式,将乡村作为新城市重新规划设计。事实证明,城市功能主义规划设计模式不但不能达到建设美丽乡村的目的,而且还给乡村生态、人文环境带来诸多负面效应。本文是在乡村改造建设过程中出现诸多问题的背景下,结合城乡规划与建筑设计理论,从乡村的本质与需求出发,研究传统城乡优秀规划案例,对乡村改造建设规划设计模式提出新的观点:延续乡村风貌,传承乡村文化。在提出观点的同时,用何家陂库区移民村规划设计案例作为依托,通过收集资料、对比分析、制作设计模型等方法,深究符合现阶段乡村改造建设的规划设计模式。
