Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Closed Abdominal Trauma: Analysis of 67 Cases

目的:研究分析闭合性腹部外伤患者的临床诊治情况。方法:选取2015年2月至2016年9月期间在中山市小榄人民医院进行诊治的67例闭合性腹部外伤患者,所有入选患者均对其临床相关资料进行回顾性分析,观察了解患者的临床诊治情况。结果:通过对入选患者的临床资料分析显示,67例患者在临床治疗中均应用常规对症治疗与手术治疗,患者通过治疗后,存活率为97.01%(65/67),平均住院时间为(14.86±3.25)d;对患者治疗前后的生存质量进行评价分析显示,治疗后明显优于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:闭合性腹部外伤的临床诊治中,及时对患者实施对症治疗处理,并依据其病情实施对应的手术治疗,能够获取良好的疗效。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with closed abdominal trauma. Methods： 67 cases of patients with closed abdominal trauma and who treated in our hospital from February 2015 to September 2016 were selected, and the clinical related data of the selected patients were retrospective analyzed, and the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the patients were observed.Results： The clinical data of all the selected patients were analyzed and displayed that 67 cases of patients were treated with routine symptomatic treatment and surgical treatment in clinical treatment.After the treatment, the survival rate was 97.01 %（65/67）, and the average hospitalization time was（14.86 ± 3.25） d; the quality of life of patients before and after treatment was evaluated, and it was obviously better than that before treatment（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： In the clinical diagnosis and treatment of closed abdominal trauma,which the timely treatment of patients with symptomatic treatment, and the implementation of the corresponding surgical treatment according to their condition can obtain good clinical effect.
