摘要
文章揭示了社交问答服务中用户微协作行为的信息实现机制,丰富和发展了本体诠释学在图书情报学科的应用,为深度推进社交问答服务的协作共享、知识创生提供了理论依据。通过梳理诠释学理论和社交问答服务研究现状,回顾诠释学理论在图书馆情报学科的应用现状,尝试界定信息实现的内涵,运用学者成中英的本体诠释学循环理论构建信息实现模型。最后得出信息实现模型是一个内、外双维的融合循环体,是包含"本存有"存知层、"本变"认知层、"本生"用知层、"体存有"创知层的开放动态循环。
In this paper, we reveal the information realization mechanism of Social Question and Answering (SQA) services in micro-collaborations, meanwhile, enrich and develop the application of onto-generative- hermeneutics in Library and Information Science in order to provide a theoretical basis for collaborative sharing and knowledge creation in Social Question and Answering (SQA) services. Firstly, we illustrate the theories and research of Hermeneutics and Social Question and Answering (SQA) services. Secondly, we analyze the application of Hermeneutics in Library and Information Science. Thirdly, we try to define the phrase of information realization. At last, we construct the model of information realization based on theory of Hermeneutics-circle. The model of information realization is considered to be a fused circle of two dimensions which contains internal and external parts. It is an open dynamic cycle which includes the "generative-being" layer of storage, the "being-changed" layer of cognition, the "being-produced" of application and the "entities-being" layer of creation.
