摘要
从感知价值(感知知识价值、感知利用价值)的分析视角出发,研究科研协同中影响个体知识利用的因素及其内在机理。将影响因素分为认知和动机两个层面,通过整合价值评价、因果定向和价值理论提出研究假设和理论模型。通过实证研究得到515份数据,并利用软件对因素间的相互作用和知识利用的形成路径进行检验。结果表明,感知知识载体声誉、感知知识来源声誉、感知知识及时性和感知知识相关性均正向影响感知知识价值;感知科研重要性、感知团队领导支持和学术共同体意识对感知利用价值有着正向影响作用,但感知科研紧迫性并不会显著降低感知利用价值;此外,感知知识价值和感知利用价值均正向影响知识利用意愿。
From the perspective of the perceived value (perceived value of knowledge, perceived value of utilization), the factors of researchers' knowledge utilization intention and their interaction mechanism in scientific collaboration were explored. The influencing factors are divided into two levels: cognitive factors and motivational factors. Research hypothesis and theoretical model are proposed by integrating value evaluation theory, causal orientation theory and value theory. Through empirical research, 515 questionnaires are obtained and analyzed by software to analyze interaction mechanism and the formation path of knowledge utilization. The results show that perceived reputation of knowledge carrier, perceived reputation of knowledge source, perceived relevance of the knowledge and perceived timeless of the knowledge significantly affect researchers' perceived value of knowledge. Perceived research significance, perceived team leadership support and consciousness of the academic community significantly affect researchers' perceived value of utilization. However, perceived research urgency cannot significantly reduce researchers' perceived value of utilization. In addition, researchers' perceived value of knowledge and perceived value of utilization have a positive impact on knowledge utilization intention.
