湖南省护士遭受工作场所暴力的现状调查

Investigation of the status on workplace violence of nurses in Hu'nan Province

目的了解湖南省护士遭受工作场所暴力的现状及特征,为制订维护护士权益的有力措施提供依据。方法采用医院工作场所暴力调查问卷对湖南省各地区各级医院6 034名临床护士进行问卷调查。结果护士遭受工作场所暴力的人数5 201人,占86.19%,平均每年遭受2次及以上的工作场所暴力的人数2 997人,占57.62%,暴力类型主要以语言伤害为主,占62.29%。在医院的各科室中,遭受工作场所暴力最多的科室为急诊科,主要原因为缺乏沟通交流。超过一半以上的护士表示未接受过防范工作场所暴力的培训,医院对待工作场所暴力的态度积极与否对暴力事件的发生有重要影响。结论湖南省各级医院护士遭受工作场所暴力的问题较为严重,且有逐年增加的趋势,医院应引起足够的重视并采取各种措施加以干预,维护护士的身心健康。

Objective To investigate the current status and features of workplace violence of nurses in Hu＇nan Province,so as to provide reference to formulate law and policy to protect nurses＇ right and interest. Methods The hospital workplace violence questionnaire was used to investigate 6 034 clinical nurses who were from all levels of hospitals in Hu＇nan Province. Results The total number of nurses who experienced workplace violence was 5 201（ 86. 19%）,among whom suffered an annual average of more than 2 times of workplace violence was 2 997（ 57. 62%）. The main type of workplace violence was language injury（ 62. 29%）. Emergency department suffered the most violence which mainly resulted from the lack of communication. More than half of nurses showed that they didn＇t receive any training to prevent workplace violence,and the hospitals ＇ attitude towards workplace violence was optimistic or not had an important influence on the incidence of workplace violence. Conclusion Nurses from all levels of hospitals in Hu＇nan Province who suffer workplace violence is a serious problem which was getting worse year by year. Hospital manages should pay more attention to take various measures to intervene that,in order to maintain nurses＇ physical and mental health.
