摘要
目的优选罗汉膏的提取工艺。方法以罗汉果的有效成分罗汉果皂苷V的含量和浸膏得率为评价指标,以提取时间、提取次数、加水量为考察因素,采用正交试验对提取方法的工艺条件进行优化。结果最佳工艺为加8倍量水,提取3次,每次0.5 h。结论优选出的提取工艺合理、稳定可行。
Objective To optimize the extraction technology of Luohan paste. Methods Mogroside V and yield rate were used as indexes. The extraction time, extraction frequency, and amount of water were used as index factors, and orthogonal test was used to optimize the extraction technology. Results The best technology was added 8 amount of water and extracted 3 times, each time was 0.5 h. Conclusion The optimized extraction technology is stable, reasonable and feasible.
