成品匀浆膳在老年患者肠镜检查前肠道准备中的应用效果评价 被引量:15

摘要 目的 探讨成品匀浆膳在老年患者肠镜检查肠道准备中的应用效果.方法 按照随机数字表法将2015年10月至2016年5月住院行肠镜检查的180例老年患者分为观察组和对照组各90例.观察组采用术前2 d口服成品匀浆膳,对照组采用术前2 d进食少渣或无渣饮食.在手术当日早晨4:00口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散2盒,用2000 ml温开水送服.采用Boston肠道准备量化标准比较2组肠道清洁度及不良反应发生率.结果 观察组在横结肠、左半结肠肠道清洁度要优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.545、8.430,均P〈0.05);观察组不良反应发生率7.78%(7/90),明显低于对照组的17.78%(16/90),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.305,P=0.004).结论 成品匀浆膳应用于老年患者肠镜检查的肠道准备,可以保证患者术前营养供给,提高肠道准备的效率,降低并发症,减少不良反应的发生率. Objective To analyze the usefulness of homogenate diet when applying for the bowel preparation in electronic colonoscopy. Methods one hundred and eighty patients were selected in Nanjing drum tower hospital from October 2015 to May 2016, including 90 cases in the treatment group and 90 cases in the control group. Using the Boston Bowel Preparation Scale, the intestinal tract cleanness and the adverse reaction between two groups were compared. Results The treatment group was better in the intestinal cleanliness compared with the control group, there was statistical difference (transversostomy:χ2=8.545, P=0.014;left colon:χ2=8.430, P=0.015). Adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group (χ2=4.305, P=0.004). Conclusions Homogenate diet can guarantee nutrition supply before the preoperative, improve bowel preparation efficiency and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
