“一带一路”助力中哈天然气化工领域合作

Cooperation exploration between China and Kazakhstan with the Belt and Road Initiative in natural gas chemical industry

"一带一路"倡议对推动中国和哈萨克斯坦在油气产业合作基础上继续深化和拓展新领域合作具有重要意义,哈萨克斯坦对"一带一路"倡议的高度重视和积极对接为中哈油气产业开展长期深入合作注入增长动力。分析哈萨克斯坦天然气资源概况和利用现状、化工产业基础及国家相应支持政策,指出中哈开展天然气化工领域合作的可行性,且产业结构、资金、技术等方面的条件较为成熟,并从机遇把握、资源落实、产品方向、投资优惠、环保达标几方面对中国企业赴哈投资提出建议。

The proposal of the Belt and Road Initiative is of great significance for promoting deeper and wider cooperation in new areas based on oil and gas industry between China and Kazakhstan. The high attention Kazakhstan paid to the initiative and its active participation also stimulate the long term in-depth China-Kazakhstan cooperation in oil and gas industry. This paper analyzes the background and possibilities to carry out B＆R China-Kazakhstan cooperation in natural gas chemical industry based on the natural gas resources situation, utilization status, chemical industrial base, and related state support policies of Kazakhstan, proves the more mature basic conditions of carrying out B＆R China-Kazakhstan cooperation in natural gas chemical industry from such aspects as state policies of the two countries, industrial structure, capital, technology and so on. At last, the paper briefly gives some advice for Chinese corporations investing in Kazakhstan from the opportunity to grasp the implementation of resources, product orientation, investment preferences and environmental protection standards.
