从投资、收入、成本等技术经济的各个方面对50万吨/年、100万吨/年、200万吨/年三种规模的浮式和陆上LNG接收站进行对比,分析表明浮式方案虽然在建设周期、机动灵活、抢占市场等方面较陆上方案有很大优势,但在市场容量低于100万吨/年的时候,陆上方案的经济性竞争优势明显。只有当市场容量超过100万吨/年,浮式方案的竞争优势才会逐渐显现。
Making a contrast between onshore and offshore floating LNG terminal with three kinds of size (500,000 tons/ year, 1 million tons/year, 2 million tons/year) from investment, income, cost and other technical economy aspects, the paper indicates although the floating project has great advantages in short construction period, flexible operation and grabbing market share, economy competitive advantage of onshore project is more conspicuous when market capacity is less than 1 million tons/year. The competitive advantage of floating schemes will only gradually emerge when the market volume exceeds 1 million tons/year.
