贫困地区儿童医疗保健人员培训项目带教师资现状调查研究

摘要 目的通过对贫困地区儿童医疗保健人员培训项目带教师资现状进行调查,发现存在的问题,提出改进措施。方法通过整群抽样的方式对2015年所有参加培训的带教老师和学员进行问卷调查。结果共调查带教老师154人,男女比例1∶3.3,平均年龄(36.6±9.4)岁;本科学历为主,职称及工作年限较低,妇幼保健专业和临床操作技能带教老师偏少;理论授课和临床技能带教方面师生评价差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);学员对老师授课能力及培训效果评价均较好。结论将带教老师的遴选作为重点,严格按照文件要求,针对学员的实际情况及培训需求,选择适宜的师资。 Objective According to the investigation of the current status of training teachers in training programs of the training program for children' s health care workers in poor areas to explore the existing problems, and to put forward the improvement measures. Methods All of the teachers and students who participated in the training program in 2015 were recruited by cluster sampling and conducted a questionnaire survey, Results A total of 154 teachers were investigated. The male to female ratio was 1 : 3.3. The average age was (36.6 ~ 9.4) years old. Educational background was mainly based on bachelor' s degree. Technical qualification and years of services of the participants were lower and shorter. There was lack of the teachers with background of maternal and child health care and clinical practice. There was no statistically significant difference in the assessment of theoretical teaching and clinical practice between the students and teachers ( P 〉 0.05 ). The assessment of the teacher' s teaching ability and training effect from the students was better. Conclusions It is important to select the training teachers. It is necessary to strictly follow the document requirements to select the suitable training teachers according to the students' actual situations and training requirements.
