摘要 社交媒体作为平民化、自发性的媒体平台,是公众进行表达情感和分享知识的主要媒体工具之一。公共艺术作为为民所创、为民所制以及为民所享的艺术形式,在社交媒体上有着广泛的曝光度。本文以美国的公共艺术政策为例,分五个部分来阐述社交媒体与公共艺术产生联系的起源,同时剖析美国的公共艺术在社交媒体影响下的传播方式和吸引公众参与的案例,并总结在这轮网络引发的新经济浪潮下,社交媒体对艺术家、公众、公共艺术的资助者三方带来的不同影响。 Social media, as a civilian, spontaneous media platform, is one of the major media tools for the public to express emotions and share knowledge. Public art has a wide range of exposure in social media as a form of art created by the people, of the people, and for the people. This article takes the American public art policy as an example, divides five parts to explain the origin of the connection between social media and public art, and analyzes the mode of transmission of American public art under the influence of social media and the cases that attracts public participation. It has the conclusion of different impact on artist, the public, the public art on the round of the network triggered by the new economic tide.
