Restructuring of the Medical Industry under the New Thinking --Prospects of the Internet-based Medical Service Development Trend

互联网医疗是我国医疗体制改革的一个重要方向，因为人口众多和网络支付发展领先中国的互联网医疗发展空间巨大。尤其是基于中国文化的互联网医疗，比如互联网＋中医，将会有更大的机会。由于互联网经济所需要的数据共享等基础内容在医疗领域中还不具备，因此导致现有互联网医疗模式相对单一。在此基础上，本文提出了医学范式的互联网化方向，并从产业生态的角度，具体分析了互联网医疗生态的五个重要特点：医疗服务出现多边市场效应、医疗金融成为互联网医疗的重要组成部分、互联网公立医院的平台化、互联网私立医院的差异化，以及互联网机构在这一生态中的布局。

The Internet-based medical service （IMS） is an important development orientation of the reform of the medical system in our country Because of the large population and the advanced online payment technology; China has a huge/MS market. In particular, the IMS associated with Chinese culture, such as the Internet plus Chinese traditional medicine, will have even greater opportunities. As the basic content such as data sharing required by the Internet economy is not available in the medical field, the existing Internet medical model is relatively singular. On this basis, this paper proposes the Internet-oriented medical paradigm, and from the point of view of industrial ecology; it analyzes the five important characteristics of IMS： the multilateral market effect emerges in medical services, medical related financing becomes an important part of/MS, the online public hospitals become plafforms,the online private hospitals provide differentiated services, and the distribution of the Internet institutions is ongoing in this business eco-system.
