摘要 农村电商面临着对农村经济社会产生负面效应的外生性问题。为深化供销社综合改革,中央财政设置了农村电子商务惠农工程资金用以支持"供销e家"电商平台。对"供销e家"进行SWOT分析,并据此提出SO型战略,即利用自身优势,抓住外部机会,重视市场推广和品牌塑造,实施以建设县域电商生态圈和推动全国优质农产品互联互通为主的县域化战略。最后,结合全国供销社系统分级管理的特点,对"供销e家"战略提出相关建议,即建设县域电商生态圈,赋能合作伙伴;平台共享的优质农产品供销体系;建立全国供销社系统的利益联结机制;保障各方盈利前景,确保持续发展。 Rural e-commerce is facing exogenous problems which has negative effects on rural economy and society. In order to deepen the comprehensive reform of the supply and marketing cooperatives, the central government sets up the rural e-commerce benefiting farmers' project funds to support China E Co-op e-commerce platform. The SWOT analysis of China E Co-op was carried out, and the SO strategy was put forward accordingly. That was, taking advantage of its own advantages, seizing external opportunities, paying more attention to marketing and brand shaping~ implementing the county strategy of constructing county e-commerce ecosystem and promoting the national high quality agricultural products interconnection. Finally, combined with the hierarchical management of the supply and marketing cooperatives federation, the author put forward relevant suggestions on the strategy of China E Co-op, such as constructing county e-commerce ecosystem and enabling partners, platform sharing of high quality agricultural products supply and marketing system, establishing the national supply and marketing cooperatives federation of interest joint mechanism, ensuring the profitability of all parties and sustainable development.
