摘要 以截止到2017年6月Web of Science收录的食品组学相关论文为数据源,分析了食品组学概念提出、研究力量分布及主要发表刊物等,发现西班牙研究机构论文综合影响力较高,其发文量和被引频次均遥遥领先。已有文献研究表明,食品组学主要基于基因组、转录组、蛋白质组、代谢组、生物信息学与化学计量学研究食品本身质量与安全以及食品营养如何影响人体健康等,未来将极大促进食品质量、营养、安全、溯源及新型食品、功能食品、保健食品及转基因食品等全方位研究。 Foodomics is a new interdisciplinary which has gained increasing interests and gradually become a key direction for future development of food science. Based on the analysis on the reference papers on foodomics published on the Web of Science database till June2017,this paper discussed on the concept of foodomics which has been initially put forward,distribution of research organizations,major target journals and so on. It found that the Spanish research institutions possessed distinct advantages over international peers in terms of the number of published papers and citation frequency. literature review showed that the foodomics was mainly based on genomics,transcriptomics,proteomics,metabolomics,bioinformatics and chemometrics to study food quality,safety and nutrition affecting human health,which will greatly promote comprehensive research in food quality,nutrition,safety,traceability and development of novel food,functional food,health food,genetically modified food and so on.
