基于库存成本的装车地直达列车开行方案优化研究

Research on the optimization of direct freight train schemes for loading area based on inventory costs

随着经济的快速发展,企业间的竞争更趋激烈,经营管理者越来越重视物流系统优化和供应链管理,因而对于铁路公司在设计规划运输组织方案时,不仅要考虑运输组织费用,同时还要将企业的库存成本纳入方案的设计要素之中,并分析不同库存成本对车流组织方案的影响情况。文中基于既有研究,综合考虑发收货方的库存成本与铁路公司的运输成本,构建装车地车流组织优化模型,并以煤炭装车地云岗始发的车流为例,设置不同的发、收货方库存成本带入模型,运用优化计算软件LINGO分别对模型进行求解,得出基于库存成本的装车地直达车流组织优化方案。

With the rapid development of economy,the competition among enterprises tends to be intense.Managers pay more and more attention to the logistics system optimization and supply chain management.Therefore,when the railway company plans the transport organization program,it should consider the costs of transport organizations,put the enterprise＇s inventory costs into the design elements of the program,and then analyze the impact of different inventory costs on traffic organization program.Based on the previous researches,this paper considers the inventory cost of the receipt and delivery and the transportation cost of the railway company,constructs the optimization model of the traffic flow from loading place.Taking the traffic flow from the coal loading place called Yungang as an example,this paper puts different inventory costs of receipt and delivery being set before into the model,and uses the optimization calculation software LINGO to solve this problem.Finally,the optimization scheme of the traffic flow from loading place based on the inventory costs is obtained.
