摘要
针对控制式差动无级变速器的动力学分析对整个装置设计有重要的意义,通过对控制式差动无级变速器的运动学分析,推导出了不同组合类型的装置内的传动比、调速范围等运动学关系式;详细分析了装置内功率流流向、是否存在封闭循环功率以及封闭循环功率的方向问题,给出了不同类型装置内部的功率流计算方法;利用啮合功率法对装置的传动效率进行分析,最后导出了装置的传动比和传动效率之间的关系式,为此类装置的设计提供了依据。
The kinetics analysis on a controlled differential CVT( continuously variable transmission) is greatly important for the design of the entire device. Such kinematics relationships as the transmission ratio and the adjustable speed range within the devices applying different combination types were obtained by studying and analyzing the kinematic characteristics of a controlled differential CVT. The paper analyzed in detail those problems including direction of power flow in a device,if a closed-loop cycle power exists or not and its direction. The calculating method of the power flow inside different types of devices was given; the transmission efficiency of a device was analyzed by using meshing power method; finally,the relationship between the transmission ratio and the transmission efficiency was obtained,it provides the basis for the design of this kind of devices.
