摘要
背景阿片类物质及其调控机制是当前免疫调控研究的热点之一。由于不同细胞和组织中的阿片类物质及其作用靶点在调节免疫方面具有双重性,因此研究其相互调控机制尤为重要。目的探讨免疫系统中μ受体及其作用机制的最新进展,为癌痛治疗时顾及肿瘤免疫调节提供新的策略。内容最近的研究发现,阿片类物质及其下游靶点参与调控不同疾病的发生发展,其中对斗受体的研究最充分。斗受体可以直接调节免疫细胞功能,继而调控机体固有免疫和特异性免疫反射。另外,中枢非神经元的斗受体与免疫系统存在相互影响,在免疫调控中发挥着重要作用。趋向斗受体在免疫调节方面的作用可以优化设计新型阿片类药物,并且为癌痛治疗及肿瘤免疫调节等临床治疗提供新的方向。
Background Opioids and its regulatory mechanism are hot spots in the study of immune regulation. It is very important to study the mechanism of interactions among different kinds of cells and tissues, which have the dual character in regulating immunity. Objective The latest progress in the study of immune system of mu receptor and its mechanism for the treatment of cancer pain is taken into account for providing a new strategy for tumor immune regulation. Content Recent studies have found that opioids and their downstream targets are involved in the regulation of the development of different diseases, especially the study of mu opioid receptor is abundant. It can regulate the function of immune cells directly, subsequently regulate the innate and specific immune responses. In addition, there is an interaction between the receptor and the immune system, which plays an important role in immune regulation. Trend p. opioid receptor regulates role in immune optimization of novel opioid drugs. For the treatment of cancer pain and tumor, immunotherapy provides a new direction for clinical treatment.
