摘要
3-[2-氯-4-(三氟甲基)苯氧基]苯甲酸为除草剂氟磺胺草醚合成路线中的关键中间体。传统合成路线以3,4-二氯三氟甲苯为起始原料,本研究以3-硝基-4-氯三氟甲苯为原料,经缩合醚化、加氢还原、重氮化等步骤合成上述中间体,增强了反应活性,提高了反应选择性,避免副产物的产生,提高了终产品的纯度和收率,操作简便,易于工业化生产。
3-[2-Chloro-4-(trifluoromethyl)phenoxy]benzoic acid is an important intermediate for synthesis of fomesafen and synthesized from 3,4-dichtorotrifluorotoluene in traditional methods. In this study, it is synthesized from 1-chloro-2-nitro-4-(trifluoromethyl)benz by condensation, hydrogenation reduction, diazotization. In this synthesis method reactivity enhanced, the selectivity of the reaction improved, by-products eliminated, purity and yield of final products improved, and was easy to operate and industrialize.
