摘要
本文针对台州电厂#8炉实施低NO_x燃烧器和汽轮机扩容改造后出现的SCR反应器入口烟温超标提出三种解决方案,包括:(1)增加原省煤器面积方案;(2)强化省煤器传热方案;(3)布置二级省煤器方案。原省煤器面积增加百分比从0变化到90%过程中,SCR反应器入口烟温从421.8℃降低到了392.2℃,降低了29.6℃。强化省煤器传热方案中,原螺旋肋片管省煤器面积增加百分比从0变化到90%过程中,SCR反应器入口烟温从421.8℃降低到了392.9℃,降低了28.9℃。在布置二级省煤器方案中,当二级省煤器面积从原省煤器面积的0变化到90%过程中,SCR入口烟温从421.8℃降低到了383.0℃,降低了38.8℃。
After the reform of No. 8 boiler with a low NOx burner and an enlarged turbine, the inlet gas temperature of SCR is high. Three plans are put forward to reduce the temperature. ( 1 ) Increasing the surface area of original economizer. (2) Enhancing the heat transfer of the economizer. (3) Setting another economizer. As the economizer area increases from 0 to 90%, the inlet gas temperature of SCR is decreased from 421.8 to 392.2℃, and the total temperature is decreased to 29.6℃. In the plan of enhancing the heat transfer of the economizer, the area of the spiral finned tube economizer increases from 0 to 90%, and the inlet gas temperature of SCR is decreased from 421.8℃ to 392.9℃. In the third plan, the inlet gas temperature of SCR is reduced from 421.8℃ to 383%, the total temperature is decreased to 38.8℃.
