摘要
为加强节能管理,促进科学合理利用能源,从源头上杜绝能源浪费,提高能源利用效率,有必要对固定资产投资项目进行节能评估。本文以60万t/年连续重整装置为评估对象,从能源供应情况,项目建设方案,项目能源消耗和能效水平以及项目现有的节能措施等方面对该连续重整装置进行了节能评估。发现该装置大量采用国内、国际先进的工艺及设备,整体能效水平达到国内先进水平,其中能源消耗合理,对区域能源供应造成的影响甚微。选用了国内先进、高效、环保、节能型设备,可以降低项目投产后的能耗。因此,可知该连续重整装置采取了较为合理的节能措施,可以起到较好的节能效果。
To strengthen energy conservation management, promote scientific and rational use of energy, eliminate energy waste from the source, and improve energy utilization efficiency, it is necessary to carry out energy saving assessment of fixed asset investment projects. In this work, 600 000 tons per year cata- lytic reforming unit was as the assessment object from the following aspects: the energy supply situation, the project construction program, the project energy consumption, the level of energy utilization efficien- cy, the existing energy - saving measures and so on. It was found that the system used a large number of domestic- and international advanced technology and equipment, and the overall level of energy utilization efficiency reached the domestic advanced level. And its energy consumption is reasonable and the impact on regional energy supply is minimal. By selecting advanced, high efficient, environmental friendly and energy- saving equipment, the energy consumption of this project can be reduced as far as possible. Therefore, it can be seen that the continuous catalytic reforming device has adopted a more reasonable energy -saving measures, which can play a better energy -saving effect.
