汉族、维吾尔族抗结核药物性肝损害患者血清TNF-α表达水平的研究

Expression levels of serum TNF-αin patients of Han and Uygur nationalities with liver injury caused by anti-tuberculosis drugs in Xinjiang

目的:探讨汉族、维吾尔族抗结核药物导致的肝损害患者血清TNF-α表达量,比较两民族间的遗传差异。并分析TNF-α表达量与肝损伤程度的关联及其临床意义。方法:服用抗结核药物导致的肝损害患者235例(汉族100例,维吾尔族135例),ELISA法测定血清中TNF-α的含量。结果:汉族、维吾尔族肝损患者血清TNF-α表达量分别为:(31.55±12.35),(35.92±14.59)pg·mL^(-1);汉族人群轻度、中度及重度肝损伤患者血清TNF-α水平分别为:(29.35±9.35),(30.46±10.61),(32.95±12.35)pg·mL^(-1)。维吾尔族人群轻度、中度及重度肝损伤患者血清TNF-α水平分别为:(32.92±14.59),(35.12±11.58),(37.30±10.92)pg·mL^(-1)。结论:抗结核药物导致肝损伤患者血清TNF-α表达量随肝损害的严重程度增加而升高。血清TNF-α表达量维吾尔族患者显著高于汉族人群,两民族人群间存在的差异有统计学意义。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the expression levels of serum TNF-αin patients with liver injury caused by anti-tuberculosis drugs in Han and Uygur nationalities,compare the genetic differences and analyze the correlation between the expression of TNF-αand the degree of liver injury and its clinical significance.METHODS Totally235 patients of Han and Uygur nationalities with liver injury caused by anti-tuberculosis drugs were enrolled,including 100 patients of Han and 135 of Uygur nationalities.The levels of serum TNF-αwere measured by ELISA.RESULTS The serum levels of TNF-αin Han and Uygur patients were（31.55±12.35）,（35.92±14.59）pg·mL^-1,respectively.The levels of TNF-αwere（29.35±9.35）,（30.46±10.61）and（32.95±12.35）pg·mL^-1in Han patients with mild,moderate and severe liver injuries,（32.92±14.59）,（35.12±11.58）and（37.30±10.92）pg·mL^-1 in Uygur patients with mild,moderate and severe liver injuries.CONCLUSION The serum level of TNF-αincreases with the severity of liver injury in patients with liver injury caused by anti-tuberculosis drugs.Uygur patients have significantly higher TNF-αexpression than in Han patients.
