针对性护理干预在分离（转换）性障碍患者中的应用

Application effect of targeted nursing intervention in patients with dissociative （ conversion） disorders

目的 探讨针对性护理干预在分离（转换）性障碍患者中的应用效果.方法 将60例分离（转换）性障碍患者,按照随机数字法平均分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用针对性护理干预.分别于护理干预前及开始后的2周、4周、6周对两组患者评估汉密顿焦虑量表（HAMA）、汉密顿抑郁量表（HAMD）,并对比两组患者护理干预6周后的临床疗效.结果 观察组护理干预后的4周、6周的HA-MA和HAMD评分均显著低于对照组（均P〈0.05）,焦虑和抑郁症状改善率均显著高于对照组（均P〈0.05）.结论 针对性护理干预对分离（转换）性障碍患者有较好的疗效,促使患者采取积极有效的应对方式,降低心理应激反应水平,以缓解其情感症状,降低心理社会性不良后果,提高患者的生活质量.

Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing intervention in patients with disso-ciative （ conversion） disorders. Methods A total of 60 cases of patients with dissociative and conversion were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number method, 30 cases of each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group was given targeted nursing interven-tion. The Hamilton anxiety scale （ HAMA） and Hamilton depression scale （ HAMD） were assessed for two groups of pa-tients in two weeks, four weeks and six weeks before and after nursing intervention. The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients after 6 weeks of nursing intervention was compared. Results The HAMA and HAMD scores in 4 weeks and 6 weeks of the observation group after nursing intervention were significantly lower than those of the control group （P〈0. 05）. The symptoms of anxiety and depression of the observation group were significantly higher than in the control group （P〈0. 05） . Conclusions The nursing intervention on dissociative （conversion） has a good effect of disor-ders, encourage patients to take positive and effective coping styles, reduce the level of psychological stress reaction, to alleviate the emotional symptoms, reduce psychosocial consequences, and improve the quality of life of patients.
