摘要
目的 了解三级甲等综合医院ICU护士职业倦怠及睡眠质量的状况及相关性,分析其影响因素,为护理管理者提供依据.方法 采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)和护士职业倦怠量表(NBS)对厦门3所三级甲等综合医院110名ICU护士进行调查.结果 ICU护士职业倦怠量表(NBS)平均得分(148.41±25.19)分,检出职业倦怠69人(65.7%),其中重度倦怠31人(29.5%),ICU护士倦怠程度高于普通科室护士,不同年龄、就业状况、职称、工作年限的护士职业倦怠得分差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05);PSQI平均得分为(8.60±2.97)分,显著高于国内常模(3.88±2.52)分,其中79名(75.2%)睡眠质量较差;相关性分析显示,睡眠质量指数得分与压力源、倦怠构成、倦怠表现得分呈正相关.结论 厦门市三级甲等综合医院ICU护士呈现出较高的职业倦怠水平,睡眠质量较差,建议医院及护理管理者应给予关注,提升护士满意度,提高护理质量.
Objective To understand the status and relevance of the occupational burnout and sleep quality of ICU nurses in grade 3 and other comprehensive hospitals, analyze its influencing factors and provide basis for nursing managers. Methods Using the Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale ( PSQI) and the nurse occupational burnout scale ( NBS) , 110 ICU nurses were surveyed in three tertiary grade a hospitals in Xiamen. Results The average score of the ICU nurses burnout scale (NBS) were (148. 41±25. 19) points. There were 69 (65. 7%) job burnout personnel, in-cluding severe burnout 31 (29. 5%) . ICU nurses were more tired than average nurses, and there were differences in job burnout scores among nurses of different ages, employment status, titles and years of work ( P〈0. 05 ) . The average score of the sleep quality index (PSQI) were (8. 6±2. 97) points. Significantly higher than domestic norm (3. 88±2. 52) points. Among them, 79 (75. 2%) poor sleep quality. Correlation analysis showed that the score of sleep quality index was positively correlated with stress source, burnout composition and burnout performance score. Conclusion The ICU nurses in the Grade III hospital in Xiamen showed higher levels of job burnout and poor sleep quality. It is suggested that hos-pital and nursing managers should pay attention to improve nurses' satisfaction and improve nursing quality.
