品管圈提高幽门螺杆菌感染患者口服用药依从性的效果评价

Evaluation on the effect of the quality control circle in improving medication adherence in patients with helicobacter pylori infection

目的 探讨品管圈提高幽门螺杆菌感染患者口服用药依从性的效果.方法 科室组建品管圈小组,选定＂提高幽门螺杆菌感染患者口服用药依从性＂为活动主题,进行现状把握、目标设定、对策拟定与实施、效果确认与标准化.结果 通过开展品管圈,对服用抗Hp药物的患者实施标准化管理,患者口服用药的依从率由43.25％提高至81.76％,目标达成率为105.62％.参与活动人员的相关专业知识、沟通协调能力、团队协作精神以及责任荣誉感等均显著提高,差异有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）.结论 品管圈能提高幽门螺杆菌感染患者口服用药的依从性.

Objective To discuss the effect of the quality control circle （ QCC） in improving medication ad-herence in patients with helicobacter pylori （ Hp） infection. Methods The QCC team in department of gastroenterology was built,＂ improving medication adherence in patients with Hp infection＂ was named as the theme, to grasp the pres-ent situation, set the goal, make plans and carry out countermeasures, confirm the effect and standardize it. Results Through the development of QCC, making the standards for oral medicine administration of patients with Hp infection, the rate of medication adherence improved from 43. 25％ to 81. 76％, the rate of target achievement was 105. 62％. The participants＇ professional knowledge, abilities of communication, spirit of teamwork and sense of responsibility im-proved significantly. Conclusion QCC can improve medication compliance in patients with Hp infection.
