品管圈在降低儿科护士交接班错误率及优化流程中的应用

目的 探讨品管圈（QCC）在降低儿科护士交接班错误率及优化流程中的应用效果.方法 传染儿科于2016年1～6月开展品管圈活动,通过主题选定、拟定活动计划书、现状把握、根因分析等方法,以及运用甘特图、柏拉图、雷达图、鱼骨图等工具对传染儿科的交接班错误进行分析、改进,交接班流程进行完善.结果由原来手写的12个交接班本简化为1个打印的交接班本,精简了交接班项目内容,实行表格化,降低了交接班错误率;优化交接班流程后,交接班时间由25 min缩短为12 min,提高了交接班效率.结论 QCC可降低儿科护士交接班错误率,优化护士交接班流程,值得儿科护士借鉴.

Objective To explore the effect of QCC in reducing the error rate and optimization of pediatric nurses. Methods From January to June 2016 , paediatrics launched the quality control circle activity. The transmission of pediatric infection was analyzed, improved, and the succession process was improved through the topic selection, the formulation of the activity plan, the status quo, the root cause analysis and other methods, and use the gantt chart, Pla-to, radar, the fish bone diagram and other tools. Results The original hand-written 12-shift text was simplified to 1 printed interface. The content of the delivery program was streamlined the tabulation was implemented. The error rate of the interchange was reduced. After optimizing the delivery process, the delivery time was shortened from 25 minutes to 12 minutes, which improved the efficiency of the delivery. Conclusion The QCC method can reduce the error rate of pediatric nurses and optimize the procedures of nurses＇ succession, which should be used by the pediatric nurses.
