一种无人机载成像雷达发射机的设计

摘要 设计并实际制造了一种用于无人机载成像雷达中的发射机,介绍了该发射机的组成及相关设计技术。从满足无人机载成像雷达所需体积小、质量轻、高噪声指标及长时间无散热条件下稳定工作等要求入手,介绍了在设计过程中为满足发射机质量、体积、相噪等要求而采取的相关手段,以及结构设计中如何解决高压绝缘和自然条件下的散热问题。通过实际测试,发射机完全可以满足雷达整机的指标要求,其性能与可靠性也得到了用户的认可。 An imaging radar transmitter used in the unmanned helicopter is designed and produced. The composition of the trans- mitter and related technology are introduced. To satisfy the demand of small size, light volume, low noise figure and long-time sta- ble work without cooling condition of the radar, the related design concept and measures, which are taken on volume, size and phase noise are presented. How to solve the problem of high voltage insulation and heat dissipation in structure design are also in- troduced. The properties of the transmitter are tested to verify the validity of the design. The performance and reliability have al- ready been proved by the customers.
