摘要
数字阵雷达阵面微波暗室测试时,阵面数据异常会影响阵面数字波束合成及天线方向图特性,且定位困难,影响天线测试效率。在分析阵面数据组成结构的基础上,设计了数据融合软件,对错误数据包进行解析,生成新的可用数据包,补充了阵面测试系统的容错能力。通过对阵面数据流程分析,选择关键节点,自制光纤接口转换设备,简化排故路径从而实现故障快速定位。
While digital radar array in microwave chamber is testing, wrong data from array can influence digital beam formed of ar- ray and diagram characteristics of antenna. In addition, quick and precise location can't be realized. On the basis of analysis for data consistence and structure, a kind of data fusion software is introduced to analyze fault data package and generate usable new one, which strengthens fault-toleration ability of array test system. By process analysis of array data, key points selection, fiber in- terface conversion equipment making, and failure path simplification, fast failure location is realized.
