摘要
文章分析了海门电厂1 000 MW超超临界机组采用单背压凝汽器的设计难点。通过对单背压凝汽器的结构特点分析,对单双流程的管束布置进行比较,优化凝汽器喉部结构并利用有限元软件进行分析,为单壳体、双流程、表面式结构的凝汽器设计,提供技术参考。
The paper analyzes the design difficulties of single back pressure condenser of Haimen 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical u- nits. Through the analysis of the structure characteristics of the single pressure condenser, and the comparison between single and double bundle set-up, optimization of the throat structure is analyzed by finite element software to provide the technical support for the design of the single shell, double flow, surface structure condenser.
