Elbow supporting ring is an important component of the gas turbine combustor, which has an important influence on the safety and efficiency of the unit. The elbow supporting ring is Hastelloy alloy with special material, high technical requirements, and complex manufacturing, especially welding technology. According to the product structure and material properties, the weldability of Hastelloy is systematically analyzed, and the wehting parameters of elbow supporting ring are researched in-depth. Meanwhile, the prevention and control methods of welding defects are studied and explored.
