汽轮机不同汽缸、转子材料的腐蚀性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 文章针对汽轮机在维护中汽缸腔室、转子流道等部位出现大量锈蚀,导致其服役寿命、安全性降低的现象,对0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb、30Co2Ni4MoV、In718、ZG1Cr10Mo1NiWVNbN材料的耐蚀性进行分析研究,从而选出耐蚀性好的汽缸及转子材料,为后继机组的设计、改型、升级改造提供数据支持。 lots of rust corrosion was appeared in the cylinder chamber and rotor passase, during the maintenance of the turbine, this phenomenon led to the lower service life and security. So this paper studied the corrosion resistance of 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb, 30Co2Ni4MoV, In718 and ZG1Cr10Mo1NiWVNbN, and the best corrosion resistance material would be chosen, which could provide data support for design, remodeling, upgrade reform of later turbine.
