蚯蚓粪-土复合基质对益智幼苗生长和叶绿素荧光特征的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Vermicompost-soil Complex Media on Growth and Chlorophyll Fluorescence Characters of Alpinia oxyphylla Miq Seedlings

摘要 以蚯蚓粪与砖红土混配比例为0∶10、1∶10、2∶10、3∶10、5∶10、10∶10、10∶5、10∶0获得蚯蚓粪-土复合基质,同时设置1个单施化肥处理,研究其对益智幼苗生长和叶绿素荧光参数的影响。结果表明,试验处理60 d后随着蚯蚓粪含量的增加,益智幼苗的株高、叶面积、地上部分干物质积累量、总干物质积累量、根系活力、总叶绿素含量均显著增加,且同等肥力条件下施用蚯蚓粪处理(T6)的生长指标高于化肥处理(HF),而其地下部分干物质积累量和根冠比显著下降;蚯蚓粪含量高于50%时,益智叶片Fv/Fm和Y(II)值显著高于纯土处理(CK),但是当蚯蚓粪含量为50%时,益智幼苗生长发育指标与单施化肥处理无显著差异。结合不同配比蚯蚓粪-土育苗基质对益智幼苗生长发育指标和生产成本综合考虑,蚯蚓粪含量为50%的蚯蚓粪-土复合基质(T5)可以在生产上规模化推广应用。 The 0 ∶ 10, 1 ∶ 10, 2 ∶ 10, 3 ∶ 10, 5 ∶ 10, 1 0 ∶ 10, 10 ∶ 5 and 10 ∶ 0 mixtures of vermicompost and soil,compared with chemical fertilizer treatment, were used to investigate the effects of vermicompost-soil complex media, mixing different volume ratio of vermicompost and soil on the growth and chlorophyll fluorescence characters of Alpinia oxyphylla Miq seedlings. Results showed that high proportion of vermicompost significantly increased stem height, leaf area, aboveground dry weight, total dry weight, root activity, and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters. In the same fertilizer condition, the growth indicators of seedlings with vermicompost-soil complex media(T_6) were superior to the treatment groups of chemical fertilizer( HF), but significantly increased root dry weight ratio and root shoot ratio. When the ratio of vermicompost was above 50%, the quantum yield(Y(II))and maximum photochemical efficiency of PSII( Fv/Fm) were significantly higher than that of the soil treatment group(CK). Compared with the chemical fertilizer treatment, the volume ratio of 50% vermicompost was not significantly different in total dry weight, root activity, and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters. In conclusion,considering the growth indicators of seedlings and production costs, the vermicompost-soil complex media with50% of vermicompost(T_5) could be applied in seedling production.
