摘要
以环境库兹涅茨模型(EKC)为基础,选取山东省2000—2014年水环境与经济数据,分别构建山东省工业废水排放量和城镇生活污水排放量与人均GDP的回归模型,分析山东省水污染和经济增长之间关系的曲线特征。结果表明,工业废水排放量随经济增长而不断减少,城镇生活污水排放量会随经济增长而不断增加。从源头治理、体制机制、技术工艺、环保意识4个方面提出对策。
We selected water environmental and economic data ofShandong provinc during 2000--2014 based on En vironmental Kuznets model (EKC), constructed regression models between industrial waste water emissions, urban sewage emissions and GDP per capita of Shandong province and analyzed curving characteristic of relationship between water pollution and economic growth in Shandong province. The results showed that industrial waste water emissions decline with the economic growth, urban sewage emissions continue to increase with economic growth. We proposed a solution from source of governance, institutional mechanisms, process technology and environmental awareness.
