摘要 渗沥液浓缩液作为工艺水回用SDA系统,可实现渗沥液浓缩液的无害化处理。模拟SDA工艺水系统,建设了一套渗沥液浓缩液试验装置。在此试验装置上,展开渗沥液浓缩液对设备结垢腐蚀的试验研究工作。试验结果显示:Y型过滤器持续运行时间上限为1.5个月,清洗频率1月/次为宜;转子流量计结垢严重,不适用于高硬度的渗沥液浓缩液介质;结垢成分95%以上为MgCO_3·3H_2O,可通过化学清洗配合物理清洗去除;橡胶耐渗沥液浓缩液腐蚀性好;角钢易被渗沥液浓缩液腐蚀,浸泡5个月,腐蚀深度约为0.5 mm。 It is a new technology to replace process water of SDA by concentrated leachate and concentrated leachate can be safely disposed. Simulating the process water system of SDA, a set of concentrated leachate experiment device was built, and we carried out research on equipment scaling and corrosion by concentrated leachate. The results showed that the continuous running time of Y-strainer is 1.5 months, and it is better to clean the Y-strainer once a month. Rotameter is not suitable for con- centrated leachate because of serious scaling. The main composition of scaling is MgCO3 ·3H2O, which accounts for more than 95%. Scaling can be removed by chemical cleaning with physical cleaning auxiliary. Rubber has good corrosion resistance and angle steel is easy to be corroded. The corrosion depth of angle steel is 0.5mm with soaked in concentrated leachate for 5 months.
