摘要
基于人工智能和虚拟现实技术,可以尝试设计招聘面试人工智能系统。招聘面试人工智能系统的基本框架可以分为在线简历填写、智能筛选简历、智能在线聊天面试、场景面试、综合评判、精准录用等六个环节,有三大核心模块:简历自动筛选、智能机器人聊天面试、VR场景面试。该系统有助于人力资源专业人员从繁杂的初步筛选工作中解放出来,在帮助企业选拔真正需要的人才的同时,也更加便利于求职者。
Based on artificial intelligence and virtual reality technology,this paper attempts to design an AI system for recruitment interview.First,the basic framework of AI system for recruitment interview was introduced from the following 6 aspects:online resume,resume screening,interview with AI online,interviewing in scenes,comprehensive evaluation,and accurate matching.Then the three core modules of resume screening,chatting-interview by automatic intelligent machine,and interview in VR scene were described in detail.The system not only helps HR professionals to free themselves from the complicated initial screening process,but is also very convenient to job-seekers,so that it does help an organization to gain the talents it wants.
