胰腺囊实性乳头状上皮性肿瘤的64排影像诊断对比分析

Comparative Analysis of 64 Row Imaging Diagnoses of Cystic Solid Papillary Epithelial Tumors of the Pancreas

目的分析胰腺囊实性乳头状上皮性肿瘤的64排CT、核磁共振(MRI)的诊断价值。方法选取2010年1月至2016年12月在我院进行治疗的胰腺囊实性乳头状上皮性肿瘤患者31例,均行CT和MRI检查,并以病理诊断结果为参照,分析两种诊断方式的诊断结果及诊断时间。结果MRI诊断及CT诊断准确性比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);MRI诊断时间较CT诊断时间明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 64排CT及MRI诊断胰腺囊实性乳头状上皮性肿瘤均具有较高的准确性,但MRI诊断时间明显缩短。

Objective To study the clinical application value of 64-slice CT examination and MRI examination in the diagnosis of SCPEN（solid and cystic papillary epithelial neoplasm of the pancreas）. Methods 31 SCPEN patients treated from January 2010 to December 2016 in our hospital were selected. The patients received the CT examination and MRI examination. Based on the pathological examinations,the diagnosis results and time based on two methods were analyzed. Results The clinical accuracy based on MRI examination and CT examination was not significantly different（P 0.05）;the diagnosis time based on MRI examination was significantly shorter than CT examination（P0.05）.Conclusion The 64-slice CT examination and MRI examination both have higher accuracy in the diagnosis of SCPEN. However,the diagnosis time based on MRI examination is greatly shortened.
