大型商业综合体火灾危险性及其消防监督检查重点

Main Fire Hazards of China's Large Urban Commercial Complex and its Fire Supervision and Inspection

城市商业综合体的空间体量、火灾荷载密度、日常用电量、人流密度不断增大,其建筑结构所导致的各类火灾风险已引起社会各界的关注,也成为消防监督的工作重点和难点。针对我国商业综合体日常运营中突出的安全漏洞及其主要火灾危险特性,提出了切实有效的消防监督检查重点,以期从源头上扼制火灾等事故的发生,最大限度地避免群死群伤事故。

With the increase of space volume, fire load density, daily electricity consumption and the crowd density of the urban commercial complex, more and more attention has been paid to various fire risks caused by the complex structure. It has become the priority and difficult of fire supervision. Targeting the security vulnerabilities of the com- plex operation process and the characteristics of fire, this paper puts forward some effective measures on fire supervi- sion and inspection so as to prevent fire from happening and minimize the occurrence of accidents with a large number of casualty.
