摘要
阐述了关于作战任务规划的概念内涵、体系结构、方法手段和作战运用等4个方面的14个关系,提出了基于规划的杀伤链循环,作战任务规划"四横三纵"的系统体系结构、"云+端"的技术体系结构、基于"六元"的基础体系结构,综述了基于人件/湿件的人机协作决策机制,基于平行系统理论的决策模式,基于标准参考信息的快速规划方法等关键技术.并对作战任务规划运行机制、基于预案的作战筹划、作战构想创新、作战任务规划动态检验等问题进行了探讨.
This paper illustrates fifteen relations about the operation planning concept connotation, architecture, means and methods, as well as operation application four aspects. It brings forward plan based OODA, the system architecture of "four vertical and three horizontal", the technology architecture of "cloud+terminal", the foundation architecture based on the "six metas"; it also summarizes and analyzes some key technologies including the man-machine cooperation mechanism based on humanware or wetware, decision model based on the parallel system theory, and rapid planning method based on standard reference information. This paper further discusses the operating mechanism of operation planning, operational planning based on the pre-planning, operational approach innovation, and dynamic examination of operation plan.
