摘要
针对极端环境对架空输电线路的影响,根据风速的实时变化、输电线路的风荷载设计水平及虑及线路的疲劳折损,建立了极端环境下的线路时变停运模型,综合分析输电线路的可靠性水平。以新疆吐哈地区架空输电线路为算例,结合新疆地区环境特点,综合分析极端环境下架空输电线路的实际可靠性水平,结果表明:新疆极端环境下的输电线路风荷载按照国家相关规范设计不适用于新疆地区。指出我国高压输电线风荷载的设计规范中存在着问题并提出了相关意见。
With regard to impacts of the extreme environment on overhead transmission lines, this paper proposes an outage model of the transmission line under the extreme environment. The specific processes are as follows: Firstly, based on the wind load design level of the transmission line and real-time changes of the wind speed and with the fatigue and fracture of the transmission line considered, a timevarying outage model of line under the extreme environment is established. Meanwhile, the reliability level of the transmission line is comprehensively analyzed. Secondly, with the overhead transmission line in Xinjiang Tuha area as an example, the correctness of the proposed model is verified. Furthermore, the environmental characteristics in Xinjiang are analyzed with actual examples, and the actual level of reliability of the overhead transmission line under the extreme environment is comprehensively analyzed. The conclusion is that the wind load of transmission lines under the extreme environment of Xinjiang in accordance with the relevant national regulations is actually not applicable to Xinjiang area. Finally, some questions are raised regarding the design code for the wind load of high voltage transmission lines in China and relevant suggestions are proposed in the paper.
