摘要 针对电动汽车充电过程中存在的故障隐患,从一体化和安全角度分析动力电池、交直流充电设备和配电网多级设备故障相关性出发,提出一种基于模糊层次综合分析法的一体化在线故障预测模型,通过专家经验打分表明确各故障因素在模型中的表现,确定故障权重系数,建立多级设备一体化故障诊断优先级。算例分析结果表明,该故障预测模型可有效评估各因素风险程度和安全等级,实现多级设备一体化在线故障预测,为电动汽车正常充电运营提供保障。 For the problems existing in the electric vehicle charging process, according to the multistage distribution net-work equipment failure correlation from integration and security analysis about power battery, ac/dc charging equipment and multistage distribution network equipment failure correlation, a kind of on-line fault forecast model based on fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive analysis. The fault weight coefficients are detemined through the expert experience playing table clear failure factors in the model performance, and the integrated fault diagnosis priority is set up. Last, the example analysis shows that the fault prediction model can effectively assess the degree of risk and security factors, realize multiple equipment integration on-line fault prediction, and offer protection for electric vehicle recharge normal operation.
