客观结构化临床考试在儿童口腔医学本科教学中的应用 被引量:8

Application of objective structured clinical examination system in pediatric dental education

摘要 目的探索将客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)应用于儿童口腔医学教学中的效果。方法选取第四军医大学口腔医院口腔医学系本科八年制学生30人和五年制学生60人,对其进行OSCE考试和传统理论考试,并对学生的满意度进行问卷调查。使用SPSS 18.0软件对学生成绩进行t检验,对问卷结果以频数、百分比进行统计学描述。结果五年制学生OSCE成绩为(61.68±5.22)分,八年制OSCE成绩为(58.13±6.54)分,差异无统计学意义(t=0.564,P=0.579);五年制学生理论成绩为(87.90±4.52)分,高于八年制理论成绩[(82.56±4.44)分],差异有统计学意义(t=2.712,P=0.013)。OSCE成绩和理论考试成绩有较好一致性。71.11%的学生对OSCE评价较高。结论 OSCE能够客观、真实、全面评估学生的综合素质,在儿童口腔医学本科教学中可取得良好效果,值得进一步推广。  Objective To explore the effect of objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)in pediatric dental education. Methods Thirty 8-year-program students and sixty 5-year-program dental students from School of Stomatology,the Fourth Military Medical University were enrolled in this study. OSCE traditional written test and the students′ satisfaction questionnaires were carried out in all students. The scores of the two testing methods applied in 2 groups were compared using SPSS 18.0 software. Results The OSCE score of the five-year-program students was 61.68 ± 5.22,while that of the eight-year-program students was 58.13 ± 6.54(t = 0.564,P = 0.579). And the traditional test scores of the five-year-program students and eight-year-program students were 87.90 ± 4.52 and 82.56 ± 4.44 respectively(t =2.712,P = 0.013). There was no significant difference in OSCE scores between the two grades. The traditional test score of the five-year-program students was higher than that of the eight-year-program students,and the scores of OSCE and the traditional test were in good agreement. 71.11% of students rated higher in OSCE. Conclusions OSCE can evaluate the comprehensive quality of students objectively, truly and comprehensively,and can achieve good results in pediatric dental education. It is worthy of further promotion.
