致公党"一大""二大"政治纲领的核心是陈炯明联省自治的理念,是致公党对国家结构模式的一种顶层设计。借助陈炯明《联省自治运动》《中国统一刍议》及新发现的史料,对这一政治纲领的理论内涵与提出的背景进行解读。

The core political programs of the First and the Second of the Zhi Gong Party Congress is the concept of u- nited-province autonomy movement by Chen Jiongming and a top-level design of state structure mode. In this paper, on the base of Chen Jiongming＇ s ＂ United-province Autonomy Movement China＇ s Unification＂ and the newly discovered historical materials, the theoretical content and proposed background of this political program are interpreted.
