超脉冲CO_2激光联合微针治疗面部凹陷性痤疮瘢痕的疗效观察 被引量:12

Efficacy and Safety Analysis of Ultra Pulsed CO_2 Laser Combined with Micro Needle in the Treatment of Facial Acne Scars

摘要 目的探讨分析超脉冲CO_2激光联合微针治疗在面部凹陷性痤疮瘢痕中的疗效及安全性。方法选取本院于2016年3月至2017年3月收治的面部痤疮伴有凹陷性瘢痕患者70例,按照随机数字表法分为联合组32例,对照组38例。对照组给予超脉冲CO_2激光治疗,联合组在对照组的基础上联合微针治疗。比较两组痤疮瘢痕患者的临床疗效、痤疮瘢痕权重评分(ECCA)以及不良反应情况。结果联合组总有效率高于对照组,且联合组显效率远高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,联合组与对照组的ECCA评分均下降,且联合组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗过程中,联合组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);其中,联合组持久性红斑和色素沉着的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论超脉冲CO_2激光联合微针治疗是一种见效快、恢复快、疗效明显、安全性高的科学疗法,值得推广。 Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Ultra pulsed CO2 laser combined with micro needle therapy in the treatment of facial acne scars. Methods 70 patients with facial acne accompanied by depressed scar were selected in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 and randomly divided into the combined group with 32 cases and the control group with 38 cases. The control group was treated with ultra pulsed CO2 laser,while the combined group was treated with micro needle therapy on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy,acne scar weight scores( ECCA) and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the combined group was higher than that in the control group,and the effective rate of patients in the combined group was much higher than that in the control group( P〈0. 05),after treatment,the ECCA score of the combined group and the control group both decreased,and the combined group was better than the control group( P〈0. 05). In the course of treatment,the adverse reactions in the combined group was lower than that in the control group( P〈0. 05). Additionally,the incidence of persistent erythema and pigmentation in the combined group was lower than that in the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Ultra pulsed CO2 laser combined with micro needle therapy,which brings quick recovery and obvious curative effect,is safe and worth popularizing.
