摘要
目的探究分析前列腺癌骨转移疼痛的临床护理干预方法及其效果。方法随机选取我院于2013年1月至2015年1月期间收治的64例前列腺癌骨转移疼痛患者为研究对象,并将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各32例,其中对照组患者给予常规护理干预,观察组患者在对照组的基础上增加针对性护理干预,对比观察两组患者疼痛症状的改善程度。结果观察组患者疼痛症状缓解率(93.75%)明显优于对照组(75.00%),两组比较具有显著性统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列腺癌转移疼痛患者接受综合护理干预的临床效果显著,能够有效改善患者的临床疼痛症状,对提高患者的生活质量质量具有积极的影响作用,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of clinical nursing interventions on the patients with bone metastases pain from prostate cancer. Methods 64 patients were selected who suffered from bone metastases pain from prostate cancer in our hospital from January2013 to January 2015,and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 32 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention while besides routine approach,the observation group was also added targeted nursing intervention. Then the pain remission was compared in two groups. Results The pain remission rate（ 93. 75%） in the observation group was statistically higher than that in the control group（ 75. 00%,P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The nursing intervention in patients with bone metastases pain from prostate cancer is effective,and it can relieve the pain and improve the quality of the patient’s life,worthy of clinical application.
