摘要
颈性眩晕是临床常见及多发病,其病理机制存在多种学说,本文通过分析其病理机制,并针对相关机理进行探讨,提出颈性眩晕与后循环缺血性孤立性眩晕、良性阵发性位置性眩晕之间可能存在联系的观点。
Cervical vertigo is a common clinical disease and there are a variety of theories concerning its pathologic mechanism.In this paper,we analyzed the pathologic mechanism and discussed the possible relationship between cervical vertigo and posterior circulation ischemic vertigo and benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.
